<p><strong>Nachhaltige Bauweise und klare Entwicklungsperspektiven</strong><br />
Das Palais Vest überzeugt durch eine moderne Architektur sowie eine hohe Nachhaltigkeitsqualität. Das Center ist unter anderem mit DGNB Platin zertifiziert und erfüllt damit hohe ESG-Standards. Neben der etablierten Marktposition bieten sich zusätzliche Entwicklungspotenziale, insbesondere durch die Weiterentwicklung des Nutzungsmixes und die gezielte Optimierung einzelner Flächen.</p>

<p>Die besondere Herausforderung bei diesem Portfolio liegt in der Struktur der Objekte, welches sich vom klassischen Wohnhaus über Wohn- und Geschäftshäuser hin zu Logistikimmobilien und Hallen erstreckt. Teilweise vollvermietet und teilweise mit erhöhten Leerständen entwickeln wir hierzu auch neue Vermietungskonzepte, um Leerstände zu beseitigen und die Immobilien wirtschaftlich erfolgreich zu repositionieren.</p>
